Standard Rental Fees
Theatre
Proscenium stage, 430-seat auditorium & lobby, green room and dressing rooms.
$250/hour with a two hour minimum
$800/half day (4 hour maximum)
$1,200/full day (8 hour maximum)
$6,000/week Monday – Sunday
Lighting, sound, effects, projector & screen extra
Studios
Studio #1 (includes small stage)
Studio #2
Studio #3 (Green room)
$100/hour for both Studio #1 & Studio #2 (2 hour minimum)
$60/hour for individual Studios (#1, #2 & #3) (2 hour minimum per Studio)
No staff or services are included in the above prices.
Additional technical personnel will be available at $50/hour per person.
House staff will be available at $25/hour per person.
$250 set up & clean up fees
Please note: There will be a security deposit of 25% of the total rental fee required at contract signing.
